Property Care 1

For approximately the last three years, our association has used Property Care One for almost full maintanance of the condo property. PC1 has done everything from full lawn care to snow removal, care of the condo entryways, and specific general maintanance requests when needed. Probably most important, PC1 has always been responsive whenever we contact them. We've found PC1 to be a very flexible company, and perfect to fit the needs of the association.
